This strategic plan provides a vision for the future to ensure the organisation is well positioned and equipped to respond to the diverse needs and aspirations of the people we support.
This Strategic Plan relates to everyone including - the Board, Senior Management, Co-ordinators and Employees across all departments of the organisation and the people accessing or purchasing our services and community partners.
This plan will significantly shape the how and why of what we do today, tomorrow and in the future. 2012 is year one of our four-year, strategic plan that features real goals, real expectations and real accountability.
This plan contains five key areas of focus which are - Clients, People and Leadership, Organisation Effectiveness, Partnerships and Organisational Growth.
These five key areas provide a clear focus for the key initiatives and hundreds of discreet tasks which will need to be achieved in order for us to achieve our purpose and strategic goals.
