Who is Headway rebuilding lives Employment Service? Headway rebuilding lives Employment service is a DEEWR Federal Government Department funded Disability Employment Service (DES) with over 20 years of combined experience in providing Quality Employment Services to job seekers and employers. Headway rebuilding lives Employment service (HrlES) is part of the greater organisation, Headway rebuilding lives (Hrl), a specialist community support, rehabilitation and re-integration service for people with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and other disabilities in Southern Tasmania.
What we do? Headway rebuilding lives Employment Service provides a wide range of employment related services to businesses who employ people with disabilities and to people living with a disability.

How can I get involved? Job seekers can self refer, be referred to HrlES through the Centre Link system or can contact Headway rebuilding lives on 03 6237 4066 to do a direct registration.
Free Service HrlES is a pre-vocational service that provides employment services recruitment, employment placement and training in Southern Tasmania.
Financial assistance to Employers Employing a HrlES client may entitle your business to financial assistance.
The first 13 week period attracts a subsidy of $1500 with a further 13 weeks of employment entitling the employer to a bonus payment of $1000.
Our employment training programs are simple and easy to implement. Fully supported by Access Employment's case managers and Headway support staff, and are designed to deliver 13 or 26 week employment/training placements. Our flexible service delivery provides your business with tailored options to suit your staffing needs.
