Following are Testimonials received from Employers that have or are currently employing clients through Access Employment.

Westlands Nursery

Headway Support Service has been fantastic to deal with over the past three years. We have employed several members of staff through them and they are still with us now. The Headway team is both professional and supportive to both ourselves as the employer and the staff that they represent and manage.

Our Headway clients have a number of challenges in their life and they may have to live with physical or mental disabilities which then make it hard for them to handle other areas of life such as finances and living arrangements. The Headway staff in my experience has always gone out of their way and beyond the call to make sure that their clients are looked after.

I have seen first hand the dedication and passion that members of the Headway team have put in to the clients. Headway is always willing to meet with myself or its clients at any time, Damian is our client representative, is easy going and great to deal with, he regularly visits us to make sure that things are going well and that we are all happy.

We have met many different challenges of late with the Headway clients but all have been resolved to all parties satisfaction in a timely and understanding manner. We at Westland Nurseries have had a long relationship with Headway and I foresee this continuing for a long into the future.

I am happy to discuss the headway team and clients with any one who is thinking about dealing with them

Regards,

Mark Van Der Staay
